Buttonworks Australia is a family business owned and operated by Liz and Mike Murray, who began making wooden craft buttons in 2001. As their product range grew so did Buttonworks and 2 of Liz and Mike’s daughter’s, Keli and Liza, have since joined the business.
With a focus on sustainability, their products are designed to be compact, lightweight and safe to send overseas. All of their design, manufacturing and assembly is done in their studio across the bay from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula.

Our warehouse staff is extremely skilled and will package your items according to our precise and exact specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods are carefully examined and secured. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. This shows that we're committed to being the largest online retailer in the world. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.
Orders that include more than one item are given processing time for each item.
Before shipping, all ordered products will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders today are shipped in 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. So the actual stock may alter at any time. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to run out of stock even after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We will not replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
